Terms and Conditions:
Willclean takes seriously our relationship with customers To protect both parties we have a terms and conditions policy which we believe protects all parties in our business dealings, and we ask that you read the following when making a booking. Please note our first machine of choice is truck mounted and therefore special requirements are required.
Access: Although we have various types of cleaning machines we do require parking within a short distance of the property to be worked at and on the correct side of the road. For blocks of flats we require parking next to the building at a position relative to where the work is being carried out, so for stair wells we will need to be outside the main entrance, for individual flats underneath a window of the flat being worked at. For bookings made without a site visit it is the customers responsibility to ensure parking arrangements are in place. Should we turn up and not be able to park within the specified location a call out charge of £60 will be charged. If we need to return to our unit to collect a portable machine then an additional charge of £20 will apply.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in excess of 24 hours of the appointment scheduled.
1: Payment for work done is to be made on the day or by prior arrangement. In the event we have to chase up payment then we reserved the right to charge £10 per phone call per week for chasing up late payments.
2: Should we turn up at an agreed date and time to carry out work, and either no one is present to allow the work to be done, or the work is cancelled/postponed by the customer to another date, then £50 per hour to cover time and travel will be added to the initial cost to cover those losses for that day.
3: Following on from above, 50% of the agreed job cost plus the loss charge mentioned above (none refundable) will need to be paid into our account before a new date/time is agreed for the work.
Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are subject to a fee of 50% of the agreed cleaning price.
CUSTOMER NO SHOW: Should we arrive as agreed and no one is present with no warning which results in cancellation then a call out charge of £60 or 50% (whichever is the highest) of the cleaning price will be charged. Initially we will wait for 20 minutes whilst we try to make contact by phone, text, email
The comments posted by customers via checkatrade give you piece of mind on the quality service we provide. That is not to say that on some occasions things can fall below the standards expected. Should there be an issue we will endeavour to rectify any area's outlined while onsite. Some stains on particular fibres may be permanent and this will outlined on the day. After every job we encourage our clients to inspect the work before paying. Payment for work carried out will be deemed as a satisfactory result and the job considered complete. If the client has a change in opinion about the quality of work after this process we cannot be held responsible and will not return to the property.
In the very unlikely event of shrinkage, dye bleed, left too wet or furniture damage, we will return to the property for a full inspection and take the necessary action to rectify the issue. Problems of this nature should be reported within 36 hours.
CARPET CLEANER HIRE DAMAGE:
Should a client damage a machine loaned out to them then a minimum charge of £50 will apply dependant on what damage has occurred.
